THIN FILM COATING

Based on the precisely controlled ion Assisted Evaporation technique, we have successfully established the deposition technology of the optical thin film with high quality at low temperature of deposition by the originally developed processing.
Our deposition process makes it possible to form various optical function films on to the optical parts or optical devices with low heat resistance, such as optical fiber array end face, optical fiber end face, etc composed of organic material and resin.
By combining the optical fiber assembly technology which is one of the most important core technology in our optical device division and thin film technology as new core technology, we can give the solutions to any customer’s advanced needs.
Furthermore, we have been developing the optical thin film for high power LASER applications.
